If an appeal concerns content depicting an identifiable individual, we will review whether appropriate and legally valid consent was obtained for the creation and publication of the content.
If we cannot verify that valid consent was obtained, or if the depicted individual demonstrates that such consent is invalid, withdrawn, or otherwise ineffective under applicable law, we will remove or disable access to the content without undue delay.
If a dispute regarding consent cannot be resolved through our review process, the matter will be referred to an independent and neutral third party for resolution. We will bear the costs associated with such independent review.
